Rick's Cabaret Names Nestor Yumiguano As Executive Chef At Its New York City Steakhouse
NEW YORK CITY- (May 6, 2008)
- Rick's Cabaret International,
Inc. has named
Nestor Yumiguano as Executive Chef of the Steakhouse at Rick's Cabaret, its adult nightclub at 50 West 33rd Street in Manhattan.
Mr. Yumiguano
comes to Rick's following executive chef service at two highly regarded Flavia Nordio restaurants,
212 Restaurant & Bar and
Paris Match. The son of a French-trained Ecuadorian chef, Yumiguano literally grew up in restaurant kitchens and was trained at the
Culinary Art Institute in Quito. He later worked with restauranteur
John Santaniello before moving to the celebrated Bice Italian restaurant, with
Steven Soulis at
il Cantinori restaurant and
Katy Sparks with the opening
Quilty's in New York before joining Ms.
Nordio.
