Rick's Cabaret In Dallas To Be Converted To Largest All-Nude Strip Club In Texas

DALLAS-(January 13, 2009)- Rick's Cabaret International, Inc. [NASDAQ:RICK], the nation's premier chain of gentlemen's club, will convert its Dallas location into the largest all-nude bar in Texas – a 25,000 square foot, two-story palace off the Stemmons Freeway.

"This club is one of the finest physical locations in the entire country, and we know our customers will enjoy it as an XTC Cabaret, which is our company's brand for all-nude gentlemen's clubs," said Eric Langan, President and CEO of Rick's Cabaret. "We will benefit from an absolutely ideal location on the heavily traveled I-35 Stemmons Freeway near the American Airlines Arena and just a few miles north of the famous Dallas West End retail and recreation center."

A three-day grand opening party for the newest XTC Cabaret will take place January 15th, 16th and 17th, with additional entertainers to be flown in from the company's Tootsie’s Cabaret in Miami plus XTC Cabarets in Austin and San Antonio.

The newest XTC Cabaret includes an executive level with sky boxes, plus multiple plasma television screens for viewing major sports events. 

Rick's Cabaret purchased the former Executive Club at 8550 North Stemmons Freeway in April 2008.

The company also operates two other clubs in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area – a Rick's Cabaret in Ft. Worth at 7101 Calmont Ave. and a Club Onyx in Dallas at 10557 Wire Way off Northwest Hwy.
