Rick's Cabaret Austin Launches With Three-Night Grand Opening Party Starting Tonight

AUSTIN, TEXAS - (April 8, 2010) - Rick's Cabaret International, Inc. [NASDAQ-GM:RICK] owner of the nation's leading upscale gentlemen's clubs, is throwing a three-night grand opening party starting tonight in Austin to welcome its newest Rick's Cabaret.

The 12,000 square foot club at 3105 S Interstate 35 in Round Rock, just north of the Austin city line, was known up until now as Joy of Austin and was purchased by Rick's Cabaret in December 2009. With three stages of non-stop cabaret dancing and ten secluded suites, it is one of the premiere party venues in the region.

Hosting all three nights of the grand opening party will be Ronnie the Limo Driver, a favorite member of the Howard Stern gang and a regular on Stern's Sirius/XM Satellite Radio program. Rick's Cabaret has been a frequent topic on the Howard Stern Show.

The grand opening gala will feature drink specials, passed hors d'oeuvres and numerous giveaways including a trip for two to Las Vegas to stay at the Rick's Cabaret suite at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino and a night at the hot Rick's Cabaret Vegas nightclub.

Anticipating heavy crowds for the opening parties, Rick's Cabaret has imported entertainers from its established clubs in New York City, Las Vegas and Miami, where it owns the famed Tootsie's Cabaret.
