Rick's Cabaret Selects May 15th For Release Of Second Quarter Results And "Due Diligence Ball"

HOUSTON-(April 27, 2006)- Rick's Cabaret International, Inc. [NASDAQ:RICK], will release its second quarter 2006 results on May 15th, followed by a conference call/webcast hosted by CEO Eric Langan and later a "Due Diligence Ball" for financial industry professionals at the company’s New York City nightclub.

Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2006 are scheduled to be filed with the SEC before market opening May 15th.
 
The conference call is scheduled to begin at 4:30 p.m. EDT to allow securities analysts and shareholders the opportunity to hear management discuss the company's quarterly results. The "Due Diligence Ball" is the second such event held by Rick's Cabaret at its New York City nightclub, which opened last September.
