RCI Declares Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend on Common Stock

HOUSTON – August 16, 2017 – RCI Hospitality Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: RICK) announced it has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per common share for the Fiscal 2017fourth quarter ending September 30, 2017 as part of RCI’s $0.12 per share annual cash dividend.The4Q17dividend is payable September 25, 2017, to holders of record September 11, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of September 8, 2017.This marks the seventh consecutive quarterly cash dividend paid by RCI.
